  • Ligaments / Joints / Muscles / Tendons

  • Injuries

  • Osteo arthritis

  • Shoulder pain, frozen shoulders

  • Sports Injuries

  • Whiplash/RSI

  • Workplace Assessment

  • Fractures / Dislocations

  • Paediatrics

We continue to update our practices with all the current research. We receive regular research from all the leading experts in their field, so we give you the best treatment with the best clinical evidence.

We are critical thinkers who analyse the research and discern best practice, not just using fads but the evidence.

We firmly believe that physiotherapy should be patient centred. This means that the patient’s problems, and the goals that they want to achieve are the most important thing we take into account when deciding what physiotherapy intervention is best. Due to the uniqueness of each person the treatment approach chosen varies according to the individual. We use a wide combination of physiotherapy techniques to provide patients with the best possible treatment.
